Just got back from my favorite Chinese country- Korea.
Very interesting trip. I was very surprised at how small the living spaces were over there. My whole living space was just a bit bigger than my LA apartment bathroom, and this this was loaded with a washing machine, fridge, dresser, bed, sink, cabinets, and a bathroom. I'm pretty sure I could manage a few months in prison after getting used to that room, and apparently my room was pretty big compared to the rooms most college kids live in that just have beds and dressers. Pretty cool country overall (at least Seoul and Busan) but it was a little sad to see how plastic surgery obsessed everyone was over there. Saw plastic surgery clinics and adverts everywhere and I'd bet 60% of the girls I saw had eyelid surgery.
I hope you got a chance to see The Muffin Man when it was on the front page. It didn't get a bazillion views, but did get a very positive response which I appreciate. I'm going to be working on a few feature film sets over the next few months. I'll be using my free time to work on a horror script and an action script I've been tinkering around with, as well as chiseling out a Gi-go sci-fi online comic book.
Also about to jump into the Skyrim Dawnguard DLC, the BF3 DLC, and that Arma II Day-Z zombie mod which looks freaking awesome. Too many choices not sure which I should start first (1st world problems).
Here's a phone pic I took of a shrine at the Gyeongbokgung Palace in northern Seoul.
